We are feeling fun, fruity, and in the mood for Spring! Take a vacation and sip your sorrows away with our new drink of the week, The Coconut Pineapple Mojito. So grab your grass skirt, hang on to your coconuts, and start shaking!

Recipe:
Muddle Lime and Mint in a glass or shaker.
Add Pineapple Juice, Coconut Milk, Rum and Simple Syrup to a shaker and stir.
Top off with sparkling water or club soda.
Garnish with Lime and Mint.
